we knew what car we wanted to buy, we had already looked at some but none of them had been right. We found this vehicle which was the spec we wanted and arranged to purchase/travel to the showroom. George was always available on the phone when needed and gave me all the information I asked for. We were left to go off and test drive the car, giving us the opportunity to properly look at the functions and controls and properly discuss before we signed on the dotted line. There was no pushy sales, the staff listened to what we wanted and met our needs. It has cost a bit more but buying from a main dealer over a back street used car salesperson definitely gives that extra peace of mind. Thank you, we love our new car.
